Hardcore folk now bitching about the Taliban running Afghanistan is seriously frustrating. I thought the outsider left and right agreed on ending the forever wars, you lying partisan little shits.

@wjmaggos The mainstream media is mainly to blame for this but yeah magatards have no principles except "orange man good".

but Trump was right about Afghanistan. he got the process started and I praise him for it. no matter what you think of the evacuation, the Taliban was going to be in control. everybody knew it. so you can't now complain about that! ugh.

@wjmaggos Trump himself is condemning the pullout and saying America should go back in 🤷‍♂️. This is the insanity of binary politics.

@wjmaggos Just wait. It's going to get better. Their false god, the god emperor Rump has jumped on the neo-con forever war bandwagon and wants to go back in and collect all the hardware left behind. LOL. With a military run by crossdressers, sodomites and tyrannies with Lindsey (quick, where is my pink dress) Grahamnasty in the lead.

he said "go back in?" I seriously had hope for a left-right anti-establishment coalition. it was just a cult the whole time, huh?

@wjmaggos "... ALL EQUIPMENT should be demanded to be immediately returned to the United States, and that includes every penny of the $85 billion dollars in cost. If it is not handed back, we should either go in with unequivocal Military force and get it, or at least bomb the hell out of it."

@wjmaggos But I thought the problem was all the "Right wing extremists" sympathizing with the Taliban? Which narrative is it? Or are we just going off social media sentiment?

I'm trying to go off my experience. My perspective on MAGA is mostly people I've somehow connected with on social media, probably thanks to NA. Or podcasts but I'm not very tapped into that world via that medium.

I'd love a weekly MAGA 2 hourish show if you have a suggestion. Is Banyon this steelmanned version of MAGA? I hope you don't think I put all of MAGA in the rightwing extremist camp. the harder line to draw is MAGA as a philosophy vs more just Trump follower.

@wjmaggos Bannon is kinda hard to listen to. There's a lot of bloviating and weird useless guests; although he does have gems from time to time and really nailed COVID early.

Realistic or not I think his perspective is have the cake and eat it too in regards to Afghanistan

Jimmy Dore does an hour long weekly summary podcast. I'd love something like that from Bannon.
